Ms. Mann's works spans forty years during which she produced paintings, watercolors and etchings but kept her work to herself choosing instead to focus on raising her family of four children. On her 65th birthday, they presented her with a catalog of all of her works, perhaps partially as a gift to honor her work or from guilt in her not pursuing her work as a career. Regardless, a gallery owner in Los Angeles who knew her but was unaware of her artworks, saw the book and offered her her first exhibition in 2010.
